Every woman has a BOX and is a vessel that houses your female power and energy, and encases your unique talents and abilities into a place of influence, and worthy of protection. Your BOX is your power and you need to throw away that old cliché that you've been told to "think outside the box", and learn how to think inside your BOX! You might know of times when you have allowed things in your BOX that were not good for you, and need to learn ways to protect your BOX from people who will not treat it with tender, loving care. This book will show you know that every woman has a BOX, and many women give their BOX away, a lot, and it's important that women learn to find healthy, constructive ways to protect their BOX.

What you will come to learn through reading this essay is that your BOX is capable of amazing things, some of which you may be aware of, and some that may surprise you! This is because your BOX is the core of your very being; a living, breathing microcosm of all the people, places, experiences, likes, dislikes, values, needs, wants, secrets and passions that make up your true self, and which ultimately makes up the awesomeness of YOU! You may find that you are surprised at what is in there, and decide to remove some of that toxic waste, by learning to clean out your "Litter BOX". This is an important step in creating the space so that you can begin to fill your "Jewelry BOX" with all those valuables that make you sparkle and shine! This is when you will learn the true value of your BOX by making better choices that enhance your self-"worth". Not only will you learn more about your BOX, but you will realize that everyone has a BOX, even men, and will uncover strategies for dealing with the "Male-BOX!. This chapter is a must read for any woman who has son, brother, significant other, or boss that they will need to understand on a deeper level. Christina Ha: The Blind Cook Who Turned Master Chef

If you watched season three of Fox TV’s reality cooking show “MasterChef,” you remember the big smile that lit up Christine Ha’s face every time she impressed the judges with her bold flavors—and especially when her three-course meal of Vietnamese comfort food won Ha the “MasterChef” title.

 

What casual viewers may not have realized right away is that the amateur cook from Houston, Texas, is blind. In 2003, Ha was diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica (NMO), a rare neurological condition that deteriorates the optic nerves and spinal cord. By 2007, Ha had lost most of her vision. But she had regained her love of reading, with help from the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS).

17 Ways How to Start a Great Week

The second reason is that on Monday is an awful day. You just returned from that trip where you spent 3 days, you just rested and relaxed but you have to take it over again, another week. It's very imporntant to don't stop where you are just to get over the problems. The way you start your week may influence the whole mood, so I thought at a list of things that would help you from the beginning of the week to give maximum efficiency.

1. Wake up when the clock rings

2. Eat well and drink a glass of water before you do something. If you wanna be happy and to don't feel tired at the end you gotta give energy to your body.I jumped so many times over the breakfast and then I didn't know why I was feeling like hell. You can start with something fresh like a salad or sandwiches. Don't forget the water it's not just to pass your thirst, drinking water at regular intervals it helps you from getting wrinkles and it makes your skin to glow.

3. Start your day with a laugh.

I don't say that you have to read some jokes or something like that to make you laugh. It doesn't matter how hard will be your week, you gotta find something to make you smile from the beggining of the day.

4.Start the day with little success.

Even it's about calling someone, dating a business partener or resolving a problem it's enough enthusiasm for the rest of things that you have to do.

5. The important thing first.

When you start the work, do the most important thing and then the less important things. In this way you get rid of the stress and of the idea that you have to do something important but your too lazy to do it.

6. Run 15 minutes

Wake up your metabolism and fill your body with energy. 15 minutes exercise makes your blood to run faster than normally

7. Put a song which gives you energy.

8. Read 20 minutes a book before you start working.

Reading stimulates the imagination, thinking and creativity,

9. Save water.Take a shower with your girlfriend.

In a couple, problems can appear from many reasons. If you don't have time to spend with your partener a shower is the perfect way to do it and its a great way to start your day.

10. Dress up with something new and leave your house with a smile.

Every women knows what to do to feel better with themselves.They go shopping or to the hairdresser. You need to start with the right foot.

13. Make yourself a reward for the evening if you finish everything you set out to do.

We are basically motivated by two things: pleasure or pain, in any form or packaging they would come. Some of us are better motivated when we are under pressure, threaten, swear, criticized. But everyone, is motivated by desire. Promis yourself that after you finish the work, you'll go to see a movie or anything that relax you.

An optimistic and enthusiastic attitude matters a lot.

15. Don't argue with someone on Monday morning. You will regret all week. You don't need special preparation to start the day you just need to avoid things that can ruin your good disposition.

16. With 30 minutes before arriving at the office drink a coffee with someone.

17. Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and tell yourself that it's gonna be a gread day.

Even a child can find reasons to feel great.
